The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.

Shout out to Chris! He went above and beyond last night to help me out. Even tho its not part of his job he went outside in the pouring rain to remove my headlight assembly and install the headlight I bought. I could never have managed to do this myself and am very grateful he did this to make the rest of my drive safe. And when I drove the the snow on the Coqihalla I really needed that headlight!!! Dr. Schumacher is amazing.
He kept me from going on disability! I have severe arthritis in my left ankle. I need an injection every 6 months to keep it pain free. Thanks to covid-19 RCH is backed up 1 year on CT guided subtalar injections. Dr. Schumacher did it quickly and painlessly.
