I found mike at Pitt River Auto Service on the internet, I was so happy with his service, and knowledge! It didn’t hurt he was one of the nicest most sincere fellows I’ve meet in a while , he didn’t upsell or up charge me on anything, it was actually cheaper than he said it may be !! Well that was easy! We got more than we asked for at the price we wanted and the process was transparent and pleasant. We were working with Shawn and Shamal and they were lovely. Shawn went and grabbed another vehicle from another lot as he had a hunch that was the one for us - and turns out he was right! It was refreshing to deal with sales people who were upfront and honest, especially after seeing a fair bit of the opposite at other dealerships beforehand. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Had my 1996 ford E350 into ford hallmark for brake repair and front end repairs twice,wasn't satisfied with the work, they were putting a dangerous vehicle back on the road.At fountain tire Derek took me into the garage,showed everything taken apart, plugged port, seized caliber, wrong bushing installed on front end.
After I got my truck back the brakes didn't squeak any more,brakes were working better then ever and good improvement over front end drive. Very happy.

Had a leaky tire this morning. My first call was to Kal Tire, and they told me to drop off the vehicle for the day and come back in the late afternoon. This wasnt an option for me.
Then called OK Tire and had a most pleasant fellow tell me to come on down and theyll get it fixed up right away. They sure did! 10 mins in and out and super friendly, helpful service. They saved the day!! Mostly the day before a long weekend. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
