Very thorough, non-rushed eye exams. Great customer service both during initial purchase and adjustments. Not being rushed very important to match new prescription, unlike the last set of “big box store” purchases my family has made. We will be back.

I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. I previously had hearing aids for 5 yrs but never wore them as they never fit. Went to The Ear Company expecting to purchase new ones but they made adjustments to mine and they fit perfectly.
