In a world where customer service is a LOST art, Steam Clean Express gets an A++ Dan is very good at explaining the process and honest about the potential results. New to the area I googled carpet I chose the company with the highest rating and it was actually correct! Smell is gone! the process was explained and they arent in and out in 5 minutes. Daniel really works the carpet even when its +34 inside the house. The lady in the office is very pleasant and cheery! Also Daniel called when I had not found time to call back and confirm a time they called me back again and then arrived in 10 minutes! Thanks Steam Clean Express and Daniel !

I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department.
This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.

Had a ball joint go on the road and the guys at Quick lane at MGM Ford stayed after hrs and got me back on the road In record time. Even accommodated my pal while we waited. Great service when I really needed it and a very very fair price. Thx guy.

Excellent! Great service! That brad guy doesnt know what he is talking about. He was the one that did not register and insure his vehicle and decided to come visit Sylvan for a weekend of partying and who knows what. The tow company does not drive around at random looking for vehicles to tow. The RCMP or bylaw calls them to tow vehicles that are not legal. Again, it goes back to the owner of the vehicles.

Great mechanic very upfront and transparent with the work he did and associated charges which was pretty fair compared to other places.
For any mechanic and electric work on any car I would highly recommend going to Junior.

I contacted Tony at airdrie canvas about an issue I was having with my wall tent. He made it very clear that it has thier product name on it, he would ensure it is right. Drove 3.5hrs down. Staff stopped what they were doing and gave undivided attention to getting my tent fixed and having me back on the road. BEST customer service I have received in years. Everyone was professional kind and extremely helpful. Recommend this this company to anyone who can owns or wants to own a wall tent!

These guys are amazing, after being told by a competiter that brakes, bearings everything would have to be replaced. Then I come to Hitch Depot and they replace brake pads and clean bearings and good to go. I appreciate you guys so much. Nice to know there are some honest places you can go to. Thank you so much.
