We hired Nu Image Contracting to tile our backsplash and reo-do the counters in the kitchen. Their work also included a new sink and faucet. I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. Here’s the bottom line: these people do what they say they are going to do, come when they say they are coming, and do a great job at a fair price without trying to sell you anything you don’t need.
In addition they aare always happy to answer all my questions. They answer their phones right away or call back in minutes.
Mr Foster did an initial 30 minute phone consultation at no charge and I didn’t not feel rushed or pressured.
These people are professionals. I strongly recommend them.
