I came in for a simple patch on my inner boot heels, without a second pair of shoes to walk out in. He offered to loan me a pair, so as not to leave in socks.
When I returned to pick them up, I found he'd even polished my boots, matching the colour and fixing the tongue I'd accidentally discolored last winter.

Stephane from Hank's Appliance did an excellent job fixing my refrigerator. He was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and had my fridge up and running in no time.
