This said, and take it from me, your experience with Preferred Air right from your initial call with Shannon (whom is most gracious and accommodating) will be an enjoyable one. Even during the onset of our first heat-wave they made to us many available times. Our technician Bob, who arrived exactly when he said he would- was a pleasure to deal with, he made certain to clearly outline our options; he was polite and nonintrusive and did a fabulous job with the repair and installation. Not only will you find Bob very thorough but what’s more, he is a very a nice person indeed! I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises. I reached out to Richard and within 24hrs, he had a technician coming over to check. We had a follow up call within 2 days and the unit completely stopped operational.
