Well, I can see why this KAL TIRE has an almost perfect rating ! As just my good luck would have it, my transmission coolant hose popped off right in front of Kal Tire. It looked like a quart of spilt truck blood on the snow. Chris was AWESOME. Without waiting he went underneath and fixed the hose and refilled my transmission fluid, giving me expert advice in the process about how it all worked. Some of the kindest service and good luck Ive ever had ! I choose KAL next time!

I have had two instances where I have had to ask for help with flat tires in the past year. Once at Christmas and now just yesterday. A family run business who are always doing the best to fit you in even when they are very busy. Kind, courteous and helpful. I was blown away to the point of tears today :) I am so extremely happy with the service I received from Keith and all his coworkers at the leckie location in Kelowna BC! I was expecting to have to pay over 800.00 for a new set of tires due to one discontinued blown one :( but upon arriving to the shop for pick up.... Keith informed me of the most beautiful surprise of being able to fix it all at NO COST!!!!! What an amazing, wonderful experience! I'm feeling very blessed :) thank you!!!!!

I spoke Brandon today about a tire we needed repaired and he was extremely helpful and kind. I cannot say enough about his kindness and how compassionately he treated my son and myself. Huge shout out to Brandon and the whole team at Kal Tire Acheson. I will, from now on, buy all my tires, personal and business, from the Acheson Kal Tire. Brandon renewed my faith in humanity today and I intend to recommend everyone I know to bring their business to this incredible shop!

When I get bad service I let the company know it. When I get good service I let everyone know it. Had my bi-annual Tire swap done and the job was done quickly and right on schedule for one vehicle and quickly and earlier then my scheduled appointment on my second vehicle. Brianna the service counter attendant was both courteous and helpful. All companies need more people like her manning the customer service front lines. Well done guys and girl.
