They have great inventory and great selection. The staff help you very well in your selection. The price is fair. It's not low but it's comparable to average prices that you might even encounter in US (which is pretty impressive). Bought a chair that cost more than thousand dollars but the price was compatible with every other retailer I checked. In BC it was the lowest. They also deal well with returns and exchanges. Sales need to be more subjective.

I’ve needed both a Macbook year 2022 screen replacement and iPhone 14 camera repair, both of which BC Gadgets Device Repair has serviced with great care. I was referred to them by neighbors, and emailed to inquire about my first repair. They were communicative and included all relevant info in our emails, so I felt informed and confident when coming in. They’ve always been quick and so courteous. The mattress set I purchased Black Friday proved defective, and went I attended the store and met Emil (not my original salesperson) his first words were that he would take care of everything, and he did.
