The first time I used Jay Will Appliances, it was for a dishwasher repair. He said that he could fix the problem but it would probably be cheaper to replace the dishwasher itself. I truly appreciated his honesty. I recently called him again for a fridge repair. He put time and effort into researching and providing information for a possible fix. The service technician arrived within the stated time. He was prepared, knowledgeable, friendly, and also very kind to my wild pack of dogs. He fixed two of my appliances and provided me with information to make an informed decision about repairing the third appliance. Their rates are more than reasonable. Chad and Bugs Appliance Repair have been great on several occasions. Our over the range microwave failed under warranty and they engaged Chad to take care of it. He was quick, professional and the experience was great.
My wife and I faced an issue with our washing machine some time later. The seal on our front load was damaged by a zipper and Chad quickly replaced it.
This past week we had an issue with our basement suite washing machine and Chad quickly helped us out. Highly recommend
