Working with Randall Friedman over the past months has changed my life. Through deep tissue massage pain and tension has been released in my back, shoulders and neck. I now move easily and am able to exercise and enjoy life to the fullest. With added EFT treatments I no longer have negative food cravings and have lost over 40 pounds of weight, and let go of many limiting beliefs that were indeed holding me back from the life I was meant to live. We used Dena Buss as our realtor for purchase of a town home in 2018 and of a detached home in 2021. I can't not say enough about how great Dena was. Erickson International has an elite coaching program. Their coaching curriculum is interactive and meets ICF standards. The facilitators are experienced, excellent and care about their student's success. There is a great deal of diversity in the classroom so you meet coaches from all over the world! I would recommend their programs to anyone who wants to develop and has the goal to help others.

Located right at the main entrance to Granville Island sits the Granville Island Brewery. Due to their popularity I think it has been a long time since this location was their main production facility but that hasn't stopped them from turning this into a unique and fun tourist attraction on the Island. Offering tours daily, you can learn about how their beer is made and more about the history of this unique little piece of brewing history in Vancouver. Granville Island Brewery was one of the first microbreweries in Canada and obviously they did a great job because they started a revolution in the Canadian brewing industry and were even just acquired by Molson Coors earlier this year. After your tour you get to sit and enjoy a sampler tray of 3 different beers. Or, you can just skip the tour and belly up to the bar in the tasting room and try all of their great brews named after Vancouver neighbourhoods and landmarks. For a fun and interesting group outing hit the Granville Island Brewery and enjoy a taste of Vancouver History!

On behalf of my dear mother, I would like to express our appreciation for the wonderful service and kind words that made my mom's 92nd birthday party at Gilmore such a great fun time.
The party room was just the right size, the food was super and I know that my mom's friends at Gilmore and and all those who attended had a wonderful time!
