I haven't purchased yet but I have spoken to Mesh on multiple occasions about the best areas to purchase, advise on developments, financing, prices, etc. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, very approachable, and great to deal with. On top of getting good customer service on choosing the tints i wanted... there was a waiting room with leather chairs, a.c., a tv to watch any movie or show, free Wi-Fi.
