Kevin came to our place in Burlington and would not leave till he found the issue with the elliptical we have. He was sure it did not need a part and/or a return visit, costing us more money. During that time, the owner of the company, Danny, met with us several times to go over, in detail, timelines, goals, budgets, custom landscape designs, the construction process, and maintenance of the project.
