I encountered Alexander about 4 years ago when I started experiencing severe neck and back pains from work and competitive dancing. My first visit to Alexander was my first contact with any osteopathic, naturopathic or chiropractor-style treatments. He made me feel very comfortable, explained the cause of the pain, what I can do to mitigate it and what I can do to prevent it. Great office atmosphere. I was welcomed by the team as soon as I walked in. I really felt that Dr. Mark listened to all my concerns and answered all the questions I had. He made me feel confident that the issues I have expressed will all be tended to. I highly recommend coming into this clinic if you have any health concerns.

Kevin came to our place in Burlington and would not leave till he found the issue with the elliptical we have. He was sure it did not need a part and/or a return visit, costing us more money. He found the issue and repaired it on the spot. The machine is running great now and we thank him and his diligence. Will call on him again for sure.
