I Just called to adjust a booking. I was put on hold, however, the staff member came back on the line 3 times to tell me she hadn't forgot about me. When she came back for the 3rd time she said she was sorry but they were very busy and took my number and said she would call me back. Her name was Tracey.

I found that they were very friendly and gave me a fair price on the snow tires. It's nice to do business with with locals and not the big retail outlets.

I've used this service twice and he has been very good.Yesterday he changed my tires over to summer ones for the car and the tires had a nice sheen to them and looked new even though they were the same tires I brought in.
