It was a boiling hot day, I called CAA as my car wouldn't start. Told to wait an hour. Then after 5 mins James from Art McCaffeys Towing called to say he was coming by to help me. I Just called to adjust a booking. I was put on hold, however, the staff member came back on the line 3 times to tell me she hadn't forgot about me. When she came back for the 3rd time she said she was sorry but they were very busy and took my number and said she would call me back. Her name was Tracey.

Very pleased with our experience shopping at the Brick in Belleville Ontario. Our sales associate Corrie was very friendly and helpful. She helped us order all the products we were looking for and made the shopping experience very pleasant. She explained how all the warranties worked and went out of her way to make sure we were able to purchase all the products we wanted. I would definitely shop there again and I would ask for her.
