Shopped around for my very first pick up truck and it says a lot when I want to return to a dealership to firm up a deal. Richard was an absolute gem provided straight up and genuine customer care. Made my first pick up truck buying experience easy and understandable. Treated me like a friend vs just another customer. The staff are very friendly , helpful , especially the ladies in the beauty boutique their knowledge from skincare & makeup & perfumes was very professional & they helped me pick out new products for my skin that I love . I would highly recommend going to this Shopper’s Drug Mart location . I love they now have a grocery section . it’s very fresh produce & bakery goods.

This location is by far the best in Brantford. The staff at this store is very helpful and makes my shopping experience more enjoyable. I get my milk and eggs etc. here regularly, Thanks to the young gentlemen Azor that manages that department and assists me regularly. Thank you !

I just came to the Hakim Optical 10 minutes before the optometrist left to see if they can get me new lenses. The work that needed to get done would take longer than 10 minutes but Hakim optical made the optometrist stay back for me and were able to get my glasses fixed the same day! I love it when I get great service. Also their price was 1/3 the price I was quoted at another store. Love it!

I have been going to this shoppers drug mart for a long time and I have nothing but good things to say about this location. The service is excellent and the staff really treat their customers with so much respect. From the cosmeticians to the cashiers and the pharmacist too. What a wonderful team!!! I am always treated kindly there. Today I was there and I was waiting in line when someone tried to go in front of me and the cashier noticed and told the lady that I was there first.
