Every staff member we were in contact with was professional and warm. The service was excellent and the facilities were spotless and attractive. The prices are what should be expected and wait times are nice and short. We use Finch all the time and will continue to do so. We highly recommend Finch to everyone who reads this review. Although not currently a customer, the staff at Petrie Ford assisted me when my car had an issue and I couldn’t make it my own dealer. I passed on my appreciation to the Manager and was contacted quickly. From my experience, this is a very well run business with friendly, helpful staff.
