I have found them to be very helpful when I have any questions or concerns and they are up to date with Transit regulations for scooters & power chairs. In the midst of the countless retail employee encounters i’ve had, varying from mediocre to infinitesimally unhelpful, i have never been helped, no-SERVED- by someone as prestigiously talented and faithfully dedicated to their job as KAYLA from the sports section at this location of Canadian Tire. The absolute erudite grace of this exceptional employee ensured my safe and speedy discovery of the product i was searching helplessly for amid the lengthy aisles of this great establishment.

i used the bicycle service they have, and they were superb. the employee took my bike and fixed it in no time, he offered great piece of advice and sent me off happy customer. I highly recommend the staff at the bicycle shop

Both my late husband and myself have had our cars serviced there for years. And he had an older model Camaro and they would go the extra mile to find parts. I took my 2005 ford focus in today to just have new windshield wipers installed. They notice all my tires were low. and toped them to the proper PSI. no charge, So I really appreciate them going the extra mile. I have found courtesy goes both ways.

Can Tire on Cedar Hill Rd has come through for me on two consecutive Xmas repairs. When many places closed and they were swamped they still managed to fit me in without appointment after snow left my splash guard dragging under the car. The guys did a permanent repair quickly while I had coffee. Kudos and thanks to front staff and techs for customer service above and beyond.
