I have used this company for emergency work. They are fast and reliable. I also had them install a back water valve. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Great company for your plumbing needs. EXCELLENT SERVICE & PEOPLE....I had RAW Sewage backing up into my basement. I called and they came within 2 hours, problem was fixed within an 1 hour and they even cleaned the affected area in my basement before they left. Kim in the office is so helpful and efficient as well. Highly recommend Plumbway for any plumbing issues you may have.

I called for service regarding my kitchen sink and was happy when told Jeff F. would be the plumber on the call. It has been 5 years or so since he has been out. Jeff is very polite, he even noticed I had a different vehicle. During this pandemic time, I had not concerns, Jeff took every prevention to make me feel at ease. He was thorough and listened to all my concerns and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I can always depend on this trustworthy company.

On Jan 31st, a burst water pipe was the result of the bitter cold that visited Hamilton. I watched the water pour down and around a kitchen window, onto the counter and floor. I turned the main off and called Plumbwize. Stu arrived within an hour. He quickly and efficiently replaced a section of copper pipe and repaired another dripping pipe, near the first. The price was reasonable and the service was great. I highly recommend this company and plumber, Stu. A. Donaghue
