The store owner is a fantastic example of someone who understands customer service at the highest level. Could not have been happier with his resolution to an issue with a purchase. Both of my kids got an insight into how an individual can make what might have been a negative experience into a very positive one. Kudos!

Jane is outstanding. Proactive, follow through questions, provide right information in timely fashion.
Two of our existing Hunter Douglas blinds had minor technical issues. Our dealing with her was a joy. Blinds were fixed and to return to us quickly (after being sent to HD, etc.).
If/when we do another blinds business, we know where to go now. :)
