Huge thank you to both Roxanne and my mail carrier, currently stuck at home in isolation waiting for my code from EI. Mailbox was broken into and can’t go to the post office to get the new keys. Roxanne quickly came up with a solution to get me my new keys and arranged for my mail to be delivered to my home while I’m in isolation.

I've noticed a drastic improvement in their customer service ...in hindsight I can only assume that the grouchy pharmacist was understaffed and overworked. Its been exceptional customer service for quite some time now, and I recommend this pharmacy without hesitation!
