I was at your store with my friend who is blind. I had been searching for a candle snuffer for her so that she could sit outside in the evening, with a citronella candle to ward off mosquitos. I was having to blow it out every evening, so I figured a snuffer would solve the problem. I called absolutely every store I could think of without success. Until I phoned you. I spoke to a couple of people, one of whom was Jodie. She said she would order some, and sure enough 2 days later

Staff are expert at matching paint from even a tiny sample, and they carry quality Para and Benjamin Moore paints and a host of specialty paints and primers. Also al kinds of brushes, rollers, sandpaper, etc. to meet every situation.

I purchased a high end Canadian made Napoleon BBQ from Schomberg Hardware. The service was outstanding, from the product knowledge, to the assembly & delivery of the unit. If you need to purchase a new grill this is the place to do business with. Not to mention fantastic in store music!

Unsure of those other reviews on here. I've relied on this store for 5 years now. The owner, and other senior staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Never had an issue on returns either.

They almost always have what I need, and are quick to help.
Don't expect a "project walkthrough" when it comes to the electronics parts.
That requires ones own research.

Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market

I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I will go back next time I need help. Thanks
