I saw Melissa Voll at Innovation Physical Therapy - Namao Aug-Oct 2016. I consider my neck problem treatment resistant. Melissa was able to take me out of pain very quickly (it took a total of 6 treatments). I had been to more than 6 other physios and countless other providers (including chiropractors) who had absolutely no success. I think what makes Melissa a superior physio is her highly developed assessment skills and her ability to tailor her treatment to the specific pblm

My family and I have all been seen at Pivotal, both for physiotherapy and also for massage! Their massage therapists are all amazing, and are able to do an awesome deep-tissue massage and just make you feel completely relaxed. My husband has had ongoing issues with both lower legs and for the first time in years was able to feel relief after Byron worked on him. The staff are welcoming and friendly. We'll definitely keep going back!

I have been going to Pivotal on and off since 2009 I had some hard-luck and multiple injuries but I always want to go to the best
I have gone to other physiotherapy offices when work sent me somewhere else in the past I never felt like the other offices cared about me I felt like a number not a friend.
Now 11 years later when both hands and feet are damaged I know that I will be in good hands because the people who work at Pivotal actually care about there client ?
