I have been a loyal Cool-It customer for nearly 10 years. I am a long haul trucker. I am really impressed with my no-idle HVAC unit. It keeps my truck cool in the summer and warm all winter. I don't idle my engine when it's on so it saves on gas ($) and it's environmentally friendly (zero emissions). Best part is I got a low interest Eco-loan on the purchase from VanCity Credit Union. Again the staff at this location continues to amaze me with the great service and welcoming counter attitude. I have been going there for many years and feel like one of the guys. The owner is awesome. I just love this place. Only thing missing is fresh baking ???

A relatively low paying job proved to have its challenges for both me and Bills team. Through it all, they bent over backwards looking after me, the customer.
