Wow, Jays.. What can we say - he was a Godsend! Canada Day long weekend, on our way to my grandpas funeral and our van broke down in Kamloops. Canadian Tire couldn’t help, but they gave us Jays number. It seemed like the chances were slim that it would get fixed in time. But Jay was determined and got us on the road in time!! SO glad to have Jay in our corner!!

Riversyde has been my repair shop since the mid 1980s. I still rely on their high level of service and their willingness to cater to customers needs whenever possible. Their mechanics are top notch and their prices are more than fair. Yes, even for single women, who are quite often targeted by less scrupulous repair shops! Keep up the good work, Riversyde. Kamloops needs more like you.

My truck broke down while towing a 5th wheel through Barriere. After reading a couple of reviews on auto repair services in Kamloops I chose Reach. Luckiest thing that happened to me that day. Although busy they fit me in as soon as the tow-truck arrived. My problem was identified within minutes, a part ordered (from out of town), and installed the next morning. I have never had better, faster, more professional service. Great job gents

Having recently had an awful experience at another local transmission shop, I was referred to Man-Mac by several customers of mine. Sandy and the staff were extremely courteous and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was needed and gave good advice. I sent a slightly panicked email inquiry and Sandy called me twice and booked me in on short notice - They even provided me transportation! I was absolutely delighted with the care, quality and timeliness of their work.. real attributes! They did an outstanding honest job and got it right the first time! Now my car is running better than ever and I have one HAPPY Chevelle! I took it in again shortly thereafter for a non-transmission related issue, and they went above and beyond to help me out when it wasn’t even a transmission problem. The price was quite fair and they provided warranties for my parts. I had the best experience and was a pleasure doing business with them – Is such a relief to know I can trust my car to Man-Mac! The professionalism and customer service was truly appreciated! I would highly recommend this company to anyone at all and will return without a doubt when needed!

I was traveling from out of town and had my check engine light come on in my Ford F150. The truck was not accelerating well. The Kal Tire representative checked the truck and oil level, and said it appeared a sensor was needing to be replaced. One was ordered overnight, but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, so they removed the new one and replaced it with the old sensor and didn't charge me a dime! Really impressed by the staff and service they gave me! Thank You so much!
