Majid and Ali at CRS Auto provided me with excellent customer service. I recently purchased a second hand car, and any questions or concerns I had, were quickly and professionally addressed. Tony knows all types of vehicles and only fixes what needs to be fixed. His rates are reasonable, and he is honest. I was amazed that the issue I was having was under warranty, and Tony arranged it to be fix under warranty and didn't charge me a cent. I will be sad the day Tony retires. God bless you Tony!

I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.
