Very friendly and super helpful. Didn't try to take advantage of a widow who may not have known about cars (I hate typing it, but believe it or not it can still happen these days).
He helped my mother with the most cost effective way to get her vehicle repaired, even during these tough economical times. He was honest and was truly out to help the customer.

Mike was the person I had working on my car, he was wonderful. He informed me on every thing that was going on, went out of his way for me. From now on the only place I will be taking my car is Hopkins. What great service.

we bought our vehicle there at a very reasonable price and was very happy with the overall experience. unfortunately it broke down a week past the expiration of the warranty which was 50/50. we decided to call them anyway to see if there was anything they could do(expecting a small discount) well not only did these guys lend us their loner car wile it was being fixed but they fixed it free of charge!!
I would recommend woods auto to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

I hit a snag on a crazy week and broke an axle just before hitting the 401. Darla got me booked in immediately and Tom and company got me fixed up quickly and professionally. The price was far less than I had feared and these folks got my whole week back on track from its rocky start. Very grateful to have been referred to them by my regular mechanic (who also relies on them for his own work!)
