My septic tank backed up into my basement and I contacted the closest plumber to me which was Answer Plumbing, he then told me what I thought needed to be done but that he didnt have the right equipment for the job so then he recommended Djs Plumbing. I called on the weekend, even though it didnt say he was open and he called me back the next day. He was able to come on Monday in the afternoon. Monday morning I got a call saying he could be here earlier which was great! He was AWESOME! Fixed!

We have a fairly complicated plumbing system in our house, so that we can collect rainwater and use it during drought times. The original installation had problems; it wasn't Darcy's installation, but he fixed the problems, has returned several times for other problems (not of his making) and has shown us how to drain parts, maintain the system, and convert back and forth from rainwater to city water. He's been very patient and very competent.
