My water heater had to be replaced .It is Dec 22.I get one from Payzants. Called around for the best price to get it installed . Some nut wanted $600. plus tax , another wanted $450. plus tax and this is if all went smooth. I call Gary Dec 23 he said it is double time so his rate was $150. per hour and it should only be 2hrs .Right on the money, in and out in 2hrs. I would highly recommend him . The other plumbers just seen money,Gary seen a guy who needed help. Thank you Gary .

Dimitri and his staff have provided me with excellent work, friendly service and calls back almost immediately. He is a community person who cares about his clients. He replaced all my plumbing from my 3rd fl bathroon all the way down to the basement and out to the foundation. It was done swiftly and efficiently and most important, effectively.
