I've been here a number of times and I'm never disappointed! Its a great place to bring friends to try something delicious and unique. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. I was there on a recent Saturday evening at 5:30 and had to wonder, though, why the hostess felt compelled to inform me that my table was booked at 7:30. It felt rather rude and unwelcoming. I have no control over the efficiency of your kitchen or servers. There must be a better way. A sign? A note on your website?

Had the Seafood Paella, it was amazing and ate the whole dish! Service was excellent, friendly, courteous and professional. I look forward to coming back and trying all the other dishes with family and friends.

I have been to Lousiana last Summer and left with a bad experiance and thought of not going back again.. since all my friends forced me to go i went with them really I felt the difference comparing to my last vist.. its been newly renovated and a beautiful patio to relax and have a beer to chill out with friends. Staff really friendly and they have variety of food menu to decide on. They have a plate called land and sea which comes with lobster, Steak and shrimps which really value for money and good quality i was really impressed with the servise provided and i spoke to the Manager of Lousiana he told me how this was earlier and the new management is really working on with food quiality and provide great customer service... I will definelty go to Louisiana again and do recommand to my friends... WELL DONE LOUISIANA KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

Meilleur restaurant de tapas que jai manger... Le menu est diversifié et les création des chefs sont excellente...A chaque fois que jy vais, j,essaie quelque chose de nouveau.. L,ambiance est tres bonne et merveilleux decor. Ce restaurants est unique en son genre a Saint-Eustache..Je trouve le personnel tres a l,ecoute et il connaissent leurs menu sur le bout de leurs doigts.Le poisson est toujours hyper frais

he folks at L'Academie care about customers. I used UberEatz to get my food and don't know if (but don't discount the possibility that) i pressed the wrong button or if something went wrong on the other end, but when I order arrived some of the dishes weren't what I thought I had ordered and my son didn't want what we got. Every one of the staff members were very courteous and attentive. My daughter had her newborn son strapped to her chest in a wrap and many staff members stopped by to see our 6 week old grandson. The manager on duty even stopped to ask how everything was. The food and service was wonderful. The food never fails to please. We also ordered takeout recently with chicken parm meal for 4. We were able to feed 5 adults and still have some leftovers for lunch. Excellent value!

Very good. Great selection of beers on tap. Food is always fresh and delicious. My husband loves the burgers, and the fries are very crisp. I like the curry, the Thai noodle appetizer (large enough to be an entree), and I can't wait to try the paella!

I took a date there for date night. A nice, large booth was offered to us, very romantic and appealing.
The food was great in my opinion. Portions were very generous, and the flavour was more of a Canadianized Italian than authentic style. We both enjoyed or meal and the real treat came at dessert with the Chocolate Pizza - amazing and worth going again so I can introduce another to this delicacy.
The wine list was surprisingly diverse, a welcome treat. Our server treated us well. Based on my experience I would return to try it out again.
