I was diagnosed diabetes since 5 years and since then I been having fluctuating sugar level and unable to bring it down, I joined the program almost 1 year ago, my sugar is always on target, very professional and friendly staff ,they spent lots of time educating me around meds, food and exercise, I enjoyed the fittness facility and the guidance by the program exercise specialist, it is a great opportunity for diabetics in Guelph, great work diabetes care team, keep up the good work, God bless you

John is one of the best car technicians in Peel and Halton Region. He is very good at his work and has incredible knowledge about almost all automotive. He is very hard working and most important very honest. He is very reasonable and if there is something that doesn't need to be replaced or repaired then he will tell you right away rather than making a fool of you. About a week ago, i noticed that someone / something had side scraped the right rear fender and bumper on our 2019 Honda Civic.
Honda dealer forwarded us to this shop.
Booked an appointment, and when we arrived Patrick met us and inspected vehicle.
He suggested that he would try to buff out the damage first.
This he was able to do in less than 15 minutes and this was done for FREE. Barely noticeable now. I think ANY other shop would have just done an expensive repaint. HIGHLY recommend them!!

Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free.
