I called the dealership to arrange for my son’s car which had been sitting for over 18 months to get road worthy. I spoke with Angela and April and both ladies were exceptional in their service and their knowledge. The technician went above and beyond and the invoice was bang on what I was told. I had a negative experience here.
They claimed to have done a thorough and proper undercoat in 20 minutes. I later learned that they only sprayed the visible and easy to reach areas (proper undercoat takes 90 minutes).. If you want a proper under coat done- go to oil tech in Midhurst. They're amazing and honest!

I have no trouble finding someone to help me when I need it and that is important. Prices are good as well. I shop at the Orillia store a lot although not so much for groceries, but pet food and household items.
