Front and back tires repaired in two hours.... the girl at the front desk was very nice...Rob the owner was nice seemed very honest...I knew what I was paying before the job was done...no surprises... Happy to get the job done...quickly efficiently...so I could enjoy the day... The other service station told me to come back at 2 no quote...I was home just after 12 by going to Master Mechanic...

I went in on a whim looking for winter tires. Anne at the front (and Brian) spent a lot of time explaining the options available for some rims I had at home as well as the ones on the car. in order to try and save me some fees. They were happy to help, even though I made it known I just wanted a quote. Definitely worth going back for actual maintenance, excellent customer service.

Harry was a guardian Angel! I was in an accident that rendered my car undriveable and stranded 100 kms from home. He went above and beyond to help me arrive home safe and sound. Was honest and caring through the whole experience. I would drive back the 100 kms to have him work on my vehicle!

I called the dealership to arrange for my son’s car which had been sitting for over 18 months to get road worthy. I`ve been going to the garage now for five years after I couldn`t take the arrogant attitude from Mercedes Benz Barrie. Tom and Haley are the best people ever. They make us feel like part of the family. Their business is very busy and so they can`t always pick up the phone but they always call me back.Their rates are terrific being that you are getting one of the best import mechanics in the area.

I went in to get a quote to have brakes installed on all wheels!. Their quote was lower than 2 other quotes from their competitors. They told me they could do the repairs the same day in 2 hours. I was in at 8am and out by 10 am!! Great service!! Friendly personal service from John, Blair and the mechanic who did the work on the brakes. I would highly recommend this Midas shop to anyone needing service on their vehicle. ?
