Our visit was fantastic at Speedy Auto Service St Catharines. Went there with a broken exhaust. We were anticipating over $700 bill as we had few Quotes already from different places but Speedy did the repair on my existing exhaust instead of replacement. We were there for 40mins and cost us $210 only. We were amazed by the honesty and customer service. Highly recommended.

Hats off to Paul! We have a 2009 Saturn Vue. We could not figure out how to disconnect the rear Windshield washer pump. Paul took the time to go online and then be able to explain exactly how to do it to us over the phone. We were successful in taking care of our problem. Saving us $$$.

phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. My daughter attends university in Guelph. She was experiencing problems with her truck so I called Howie at Autosparks. He asked if my daughter could drop the truck off to which she did. About an hour later Howie called me here in Toronto and explained what the problem was and quoted me a very reasonable rate to fix the problems. He actually over delivered by going out of his way to do a full vehicle inspection and give me the report! His honesty and knowledge keeps us as his customer. His service was timely and the price very reasonable.
