My pipes leaked into my basement and I had to shut off my water so I needed a plumber fast. I was lucky enough to read the reviews on Ashton and give them a call.They sent Tim within the day. Tim was pleasant, competent and professional... this was someone who KNEW what he was doing. He fixed my leak (which was the least of my problems) and checked the house to make sure everything was okay. He charged only for what was replaced and he did not charge me for frills or small "fixes". Thank you Tim for fixing the wiring and giving me heating for the first time in years! I'd recommend Ashton (ask for Tim!!) in a heartbeat.

I was skeptical at first because they ranked so high in reviews and this place was located in Delta/Surrey but I must say I was really impressed. I think Ive been to all the Japanese restaurants along the Westcoast and Akari is absolutely top notch. Their black rice specialty rolls and tempura were especially memorable. The owner told me they have a tempura master who have been making tempura for 20 years! Ill definitely be back with my family and friends.

Dr houchmand is the best around, he is very professional and caring, he goes above and beyond to help and take care of your dental concerns, I have been going to him since 2002, and I drive from cloverdale just to see him, I must pass a 100 dental offices, but it is him who I trust and fully recommend in the highest regard

The office has been fully upgraded to the latest technology, digital x-rays, comfortable treatment rooms. The same great reliable service stays the same. Dr. Patrick Wu is excellent treating children, shows lots of patience, and explains things very clearly. We have been long time patients and have lots of trust in them.

Everyone knows about this bowling center if you live in the Burnaby/Tri-city area. It's the best! It has different and cheap deals every day. It has more than ten lanes and it has different size/weight of the bowling balls. It has also a small pub/restaurant and a arcade. You just won't get bore when you are there! It's just a famouse place that you often have to wait for 30 minutes to get your lane, so go there early!

I was our first visit to this neighbourhood pub.
It is a small restaurant with low ceilings and panelled in dark wood. The seating is very comfortable. The menu is small, however it offers something for everyone.
We tried their signature dish "Oyster po' boy" ($15). It is served with a roasted tomato soup drizzled with rich basil oil. The dish was flavourful and nicely presented. The service was good and very friendly.

Really good food served hot by friendly staff or management. Always feel welcome and never rushed. Favorite lunch spot and relaxing dinners. Large windows and bench booths make for a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.

After years of negative dental experiences, I found the great group at EastVan Dental! Everyone from the receptionists, to the hygienists, to the technicians, to the dentists. Their understanding and genuine care really made the world of difference for me. To have such a caring group take care of my dental needs, starting with a conscious-sedation session, to follow up care. I can honestly say this is the best dental care Ive ever received! Dr. Shew is amazing along with all his staff. I am someone who suffers extreme anxiety with dental procedures and have had to have 3 done in the last year where I couldn’t afford to go to a specialist and be put under. He’s truly amazing at working with anxiety and making me the most comfortable I can be so I can get these things taken care of within financial reason. He is not about money and truly truly cares about his patients. I will never in my life see any other dentist. Im beyond thankful

Very knowledgeable and more skillful than most dentist I have come across. Integrity seems to be high with Dr Chun as she recommended far less intrusive procedures than other dentists I know. Very honest and reliable. Excellent friendly staff too!
