Dropped off at 7:20 AM this morning (Apr 07/21) - David was upfront about the wait time (based on quick inspection) - booked an appointment for (Apr 12/21) in case they could not get to it today/rest of the week and said it would be better not to drive. Up front about cost and emailed me the quote and that they could possibly get it done tonight by closing. Got the call it was ready - very impressed with the staff and the job that they did. never received better service in the face of a problem than I received at this Hitch Shop in N Calgary. Our family was heading out on a camping trip & stopped by near closing time with a problem on our hitch/trailer.
The guys (Peter and Terry?) went above & beyond to fix problem & did not hesitate doing all they could to get us back on road again.
Never seen 2 guys so sharp at diagnosing & fixing a technical problem. As efficient as a pit crew ! A big thank you to these guys who made our day

The best service I have ever received.
I recently took my wife’s SUV in that was a certified preowned vehicle purchase with extended warranty from another Ford dealer that has a very poor service centre I took it in to Woodbridge and they knocked it out of the park for me and my wife and took care of all the dangerous issues that the vehicle had and even washed it I am blown away by this type of service I thought the service industry was dead but this dealer made me believe again thank you.
