I recently went to this establishment with the front end of my car shaking. Thinking that it was something serious, I was a bit nervous on what was wrong. Sam went for a test drive with me and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL! I would recommend this place to anyone! Every staff member we were in contact with was professional and warm. The service was excellent and the facilities were spotless and attractive. About 27 years ago I had a shifter cable sticking on my Accord. Dennis looked at it and said that he could repair it for about $250. However he said there was a recall on this and I should take it to Honda for repair. I’ve been going to them ever since. Great service and very knowledgeable.

My car wouldn't start, I called the dealership and they took my car in quickly, updated me every step of they way and delivered my car to me promptly. It was such an anxiety provoking moment for me and they took all of that away and made me feel calm so I could go about my day while they fixed my car. I just bought a tdi. My sales guy, Jacob, was first rate. We hadn't planned on closing the deal, just shopping, but Jacob was so non-pressure and had every answer that it was a no brainer. I usually like to have some inside connection and a good referral before I make such a major purchase. Jacob and the Leavens staff far surpassed any recommendation I could've expected from a close friend even. I really felt like family. It's no wonder they've built such a successful business after several generations.
