This place is amazing! I have a MacBook that I literally bought 1 year ago, unfortunately it go water damaged from my infant daughter. The computer was giving a replace battery signal. When I took it to the apple store and I was told that I should buy a new computer since the battery alone couldn’t be replaced, as it was costing $875 to fix everything. I was going to buy a new computer as suggested. But my gut told me to bring it to this place. In less than 10 mins the problem was resolved.

I was today at Techcity Scarborough - 1275 Kennedy Road. I was looking for a Laptop and a Tablet. Ali Johar became the contact person for me. He showed me many products to choose from. There was a wide variety. Ali Johar was very patient, polite, respectful and sincere. No compulsion. He showed me the products which were close or under my budget. It's unfortunate that the previous reviewer had a bad experience with this business, as ours was completely the opposite.
Firstly, the shop on Lakeshore Rd is completely accessible to those with mobility issues, as other computer places in the area are not. The owner of the business made a house call, took care of our technology problems, was generous with his time and charged us very reasonably. We will definitely use them again. Great for older folks frustrated with their computer equipment!
