We experienced vehicle problems while travelling through Golden on August 24th. We were carrying a heavy camper on our pickup. BCAA sent Classic Towing to our rescue. We were very impressed with the young man who arrived. He was very friendly, knew exactly what he was doing and quickly delivered our unit to the garage, while allowing us to ride with him in his tow truck. His friendly, positive attitude went a long way in helping us in a difficult situation. Thank you to Classic Towing!

Excellent service, great attitude and very honest. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone and will be doing so. The Owner of this company gives AMAZING Honest service. I called AAA Towing, felt like I wasn’t a priority to them and they gave a $90 quote to change my flat tire and an hour wait. The next call I made was to Hook-N-Go. The Owner answered the phone, said he could be with me within 20 min and gave me a $70 quote. He was very courteous and obviously was all about giving the best customer service he could. I gave him a very nice tip, because small businesses like that need to flourish.

I was locked outside of my car one cold night and called them as i thought tow truck would be faster. Apparently, they also got light duty roadside vehicles. The girl that answered the phone was very nice, and instructed me to go inside the tim hortons (she saw that from looking in the map, NOT from me telling her i was across from one!), and sent a guy named Alex who opened the car in less than 3 minutes.
Price is very reasonable considering it was almost 1am, and id say the service was top notch.
Really good honest guys! Wish them all the best.
