The store has a very attentive & intelligent optometrist. This greatly helps as as new types of eyeglasses, such as my new bifocals, need some explanation. Prices are reasonable and I would certainly go back.

Dr. Schumacher is amazing.
He kept me from going on disability! I have severe arthritis in my left ankle. I need an injection every 6 months to keep it pain free. Thanks to covid-19 RCH is backed up 1 year on CT guided subtalar injections. Dr. Schumacher did it quickly and painlessly.
No more pain when I walk all day on my job. Thank you Doctor Schumacher !!

I want to thank Emil F. specifically for his excellent service. The mattress set I purchased Black Friday proved defective, and went I attended the store and met Emil (not my original salesperson) his first words were that he would take care of everything, and he did. Emil was friendly, efficient and reassuring, explained my options and made recommendations, and it was most appreciated. Emil is an excellent ambassador for the Brick Park Royal.

Dr. Maru is excellent! My first visit he automatically took the time to go over my x-rays and dental history with me. I came back to have some scarring left over from my wisdom teeth removed, I was in and out in 15 minutes, AND he called the next day to check up on me - not a receptionist, him. The level of care provided at Surrey Place Dental Group at Central City Shopping Mall is excellent! I am a very happy patient. I highly recommend for everyone here, especially Dr. Maru.

After years of negative dental experiences, I found the great group at EastVan Dental! Everyone from the receptionists, to the hygienists, to the technicians, to the dentists. Their understanding and genuine care really made the world of difference for me. Sales and service at this store is excellent! I bought a TV in person there in 2021 and this month again made a purchase from the same department. My salesperson, Raman, was so kind, polite and helpful - she gave me all the info I needed over the phone, and then sent me all the instructions to complete the sale via internet. I also previously spoke to Medha and Sherri by phone in the sales dept. and they were also very helpful and genuinely nice! I would definitely shop at this store again.

After being totally unappreciated at CWB in the same complex, I went here to set up an account. I was dealing with a very pleasant and helpful lady (Annie) within 5 minutes. She took the time to ensure the accounts I started were exactly what I needed and understood. In and out in less than half an hour and felt like my business was appreciated.
