Went here after a terrible experience with another insurance agency. Manager was very helpful in renewing my fleet insurance, Knowledgeable, Friendly and Efficient. Also purchased Business Liability insurance From Sean Mann again Super Helpful, Thorough and Fast. Thank you team!! would highly recommend.

i though that all Dealerships were about was the mighty dollar but it gives me great pleasure to let everybody know that the people at Columbia Chrysler in Richmond are the most carring and proffesional people that i have ever had the pleasure to meet.
the sales experiance was easey and pleasant, but the service experiance was FANTASTIC the people in the service department realy care about what they do and also the people that they deal with.
i rate a perfect 10 great job guys, very classy people.

Solution based approach and I just find with TD in general seems to be a consistency and genuine compassion in hardship and working towards solutions and non judgemental. I have more confidence in mending my situation and feeling like I don't need to ' avoid ' my finances. Professional with a human side unparalleled by any other bank or business I've done business with. Only wish I started banking here years ago . Keep trusting in your customers and being kind to all . I was extremely anxious and emotional about going to the dentist since I haven't been for 10yrs. Dr Regnier was so kind and supportive and made sure I felt comfortable and knew what was going on. He's definitely helped my fear of the dentist. I will be going back to him for any future work

John Paradise from Hub International Barton Insurance is the man to see for your insurance needs. This man is not only friendly and knowledgable he goes beyond the call of duty. I recently bought a new vehicle and Real Insurance did not transfer over the insurance I was already paying into instead they charged me for new insurance. John caught this as I had no idea and he was able to get me a refund. Polite, honest and reliable, thank you John :)
