Words cannot express how grateful we are for the extraordinary gift Pacific Hair has given my mom. They really showed compassion for my mom & made her feel comfortable. They created a beautiful wig that mom says is extremely comfortable & easy to wear. They were really great. The staff members are very professional and knowledgeable, but also they had a really nice way of interacting with their clients. Being new to CPAP, I was feeling pretty needy and emotional when I went in, but they took good care of me and made things as easy as possible. One morning my PC just gave up on me. I contacted a few so called big names in Tech Services, but all I got was that I won’t see my machine for next few days and it would cost me arm and length. I left a poor review just weeks ago but have since found out that their admin person has the poor customer service skills. The rest of their staff are very helpful when you get past the admin. They fixed the issue with the window and told us to call if there was any other problems going forward. They also provided a gift card for our troubles with the admin to a lovely restaurant nearby. I am happy to recommend this business.
