We recently bought a rather ancient piano and were hoping we could have it tuned up to snuff. David was able to tune it beautifully over two sittings, replacing some strings and making adjustments along the way. He was also a pleasure to work with - an absolute professional and incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. My husband was very curious about the process and David was happy to talk us through it and explain everything he was doing from both a technical and musical standpoint. We thought his fee was very reasonable for two sessions. Will definitely work with him again when we need a tune-up!

Dan installed a new garage door opener for me after another company let me down. His rates were very reasonable. He showed on time and ready to go. He did an excellent job. He showed me how to use the system and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. He even helped to move some stuff in and out of the garage because I am disabled. I was very pleased we the friendly and helpful reception upon arrival at this business. My problem was taken care off very quickly and I felt as though the staff was glad to be able to assist me. All I needed was to have my wheels re- torqued and they did it quickly and at no charge. I told them I didn’t live in the area and likely wouldn’t need their service again, but they still treated me like I was their best customer. These people know what good customer service is all about.
