I am a carpenter/contractor and I have been shopping at both GBS locations for years. Its rare to find a business of any kind whose employees are as friendly and helpful as the people at Gibson's Building Supply. I can usually get what I need, but if there is something that they don't have, they can usually order it for me and it will be there in just a few days. I'll give GBS 4 3/4 stars out of 5!

John Paradise made our experience exceptional. He really cares about the customer and the customers needs. When I bought a new vehicle he noticed Real Insurance had not transferred over my current coverage and instead charged me for another coverage I did not need. John noticed this and was able to get me a refund. Thank You John!! I will continue to use Hub International for my insurance needs.

Ken suggested a couple of ways to troubleshoot my fireplace before he came over. He arrived on time, cleaned and serviced my gas fireplace efficiently, was professional and charged a reasonable rate. Recommend highly, 5 stars.

I have had an amazing experience with Nexgen Hearing. After trying hearing aids ten years ago, and not liking them, I was pleasantly surprised by the improved technology. I have been working with Chris, and have found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and a caring partner in finding the best hearing solution for me. With improved hearing, I feel younger!! This place rocks! just finished a 3 day kayaking trip off of Tunstalll Bay & car was flashing solid red hazard light! Not having much juice in my cell phone I googled a car repair & called. Spoke to Mary who quickly got me to send a pic of my dashboard to her cellphone and gave me the towing #. It was 4:00 and she offered to bring their diagnostic tool after shop closed @ 5 if we didn't get towing help. We got off the island. Mary called me in am to see how we fared! Super super service

This cafe is cozy, strictly gluten-free and full of flavour and selection.They have a variety of products making easier to follow my restrictions.Not to mention that they also have sugar - free, dairy free and vegan options. Their pot pies and Lemon Loafs are to die for.

Rick and Keith are both expert mechanics and there is nothing they can not build, design or repair. Michelle and Michelle are equally professional and great schedulers. These guys are slammed all the time but always manage to get boats in (and out) of the water. Madeira Marina have been serving my boat(s) for over 10 years and I would rely on no-one else.
