Consistently very helpful and I have always had excellent service. Have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a prescription to be filled especially great after a visit to Emergency or after surgery at nearby Nanaimo hospital when you are not up to par. Chairs, coffee and cookies are available. Compounding services are offered. Prescriptions costs seem to be comparable to the least expensive and largest pharmacies in Nananimo.

Shane was excellent in servicing our car. He told us what was happening with our brakes. We purchased brakes from Canadian Tire, and they have given us nothing but grief. Shane is also a heavy duty mechanic as well as a car mechanic. Small business, good service. We are happy!

Mike is the man. I have been taking the all of our family's vehicles to him since 1997 when he was still on old Victoria. You can count on him for realistic and reasonable estimates. He seems to always find the problem quickly, and fix it so it stays fixed.
And he's not tied to a dealership so he can save a bundle using jobber parts, or even used parts when appropriate. Very trust worth and good service.

Best dental experience Ive ever had, only at Star Dental. The staffs are very friendly and the facilities are clean and modern. I had kept an article about Absolute Roof Solutions that was written in the Vancouver Sun over ten years ago. I was lucky to find them. Shane, a courteous and efficient company representative, gave me a booklet about what questions to initially ask about a roofing job. I also received a written estimate with two options for doing the job, both at reasonable rates. A written guarantee was delivered by Shane after the job was done. The workmen came to do the job at the time agreed upon.

We were visiting Kits from Armstrong and our truck started making an obnoxious clunking. These guys were able to fit us in same day, keep in contact to let us know what was going on and we were out the door with a drive-able truck before the day was over.

I've been having my oil changed at Auto Express for years, and also getting repairs as things come up. They are fast, efficient, friendly, and offer the best deal in town! Yesterday they changed my oil, topped up all the fluids (the washer fluid was completely gone), and even fixed a leak in the stem of my right rear tire without any extra charge... just over $30, and all done in 15 minutes.
