I built a home back in 2003 and these guys were contracted through the builder to do the siding. In 2014 I call them up because a piece of siding has cracked and I don't know how to source the product I need to do the repair. Within hours I get a call, here's how to find the colour code, some suppliers that may stock it, he even offers that if I have trouble he will come take a look and will get me what I need from one of his current suppliers. In the middle of seeding, I needed to move my pivot before the rain started again, but I found a problem. I tried everything on this old pivot but nothing was working. So I called around but everyone was closed. A-1 Irrigation has after hours service and even had parts for other brands. They had someone help me right away and we got it moved out of my way. Great people running this shop! They've earned my business.
