Shout out to Mid Island Towing who came to our rescue on Christmas Eve when the clutch blew on the truck.
It was a busy day for them but they made it, the driver was excellent and was able to park our poor truck perfectly in the driveway where it could be fixed in situ. AND it was surprisingly affordable.

The products at the Quarry are all made from basalt rock, and only 5 minutes off the island highway. Very fast turn around time for trucks.

My 2 cats had stayed there a few yrs back and I couldn't have been more pleased. I had a bad experience with another cattery in town and I was apprehensive when I visited Puss N Boots, but after my visit and my cats stay for 2 weeks I picked them up they looked good....content and just to top it off....they had taken a picture of each cat which I have to this day on my wall. My cat Ippy has since passed and I can still look at his picture on my wall. So, thanks for the great care! I will be going away soon again and I wouldn't bring my cat anywhere else. Lorraine

I was so sorry in leaving Ladysmith as the staff were so great and helpful for me. I am deaf and they let me contact by email and the delivery guy made sure I got my meds when I couldn't hear them come to the door. Entire staff are super nice and friendly. Going to miss them so much

I had the pleasure of working with Anthony Mattila. Anthony is very professional and meticulous when it comes to preparation. He is factual, logical and straight to the point. In my case, he bluntly stated that I had an uphill battle, so hes clearly not out to bleed you dry!
His rates are very reasonable compared to the going market rate.
