Recently Graham's custom made me a ring using my diamonds and gold. I was not sure how they would react to this request but the whole experience was positive. The manager/owner (I think he's also the owner) is outstanding in his business practices and how he treats his customers. He shocked me with something he did that was totally unsolicited on my part. I didn't ask him for any favours — he just did one, and it was a big one.
