Working with Randall Friedman over the past months has changed my life. Through deep tissue massage pain and tension has been released in my back, shoulders and neck. I now move easily and am able to exercise and enjoy life to the fullest. Imagine waking up and being able to read the time on your alarm clock without having to put your glasses on! Imagine going for a run and not having push your glasses back up your sweaty nose! Imagine going for a swim and being able to see the faces of those around clearly! These are things I can do now because I had laser corrective surgery at Coal Harbour Eye Centre. The staff are professional, friendly and full of knowledge. The whole experience was comfortable and rewarding. I would do it again in an instant!

I have a muscular condition and Dr. Carson has helped my pain and has really made a big difference in the quality of my daily life. He is caring and gentle and very knowledgable. He wants people to learn how to better help themselves. He practices Network Spinal Analysis which is a gentle form of Chiropractic. His office is really comfortable and his staff are friendly. I would highly recommend this chiropractor.

Erickson International has an elite coaching program. Their coaching curriculum is interactive and meets ICF standards. The facilitators are experienced, excellent and care about their student's success. There is a great deal of diversity in the classroom so you meet coaches from all over the world! I would recommend their programs to anyone who wants to develop and has the goal to help others.

Found Freeflo online, I had Rob clean my dryer vent and general ducts. He was great to have in the house and did a through and efficient job! I recommend Rob to any and all people in search of dryer vent and duct cleaning. It has given me peace of mind and decreased my drying time as well!
